Dean's place was perfect for our family. It was in a quiet location that is conveniently located between Blue Mountain and downtown Collingwood. Short drive to both. The home was nicely furnished ( everything you see in pics ). It had everything we needed. We felt extremely comfortable staying there for a week. Thanks for everything Dean! Highly recommend!!!

It was great to stay at Dean’s place, very clean, tidy and well organized. All the things were exactly as per the listings. Everything was proper and we enjoyed our stay. Will prefer Dean’s place next time whenever we plan to visit again and recommend his place to friends and families.

would have loved to know the amenities were not included in the price of our stay! Had we known i think we would have booked somewhere with a private pool or hot tub. Otherwise it was amazing and the host was very responsive!

We had an amazing stay at Dean’s place! Everything was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The home had all the amenities we needed, and the beds were beautifully made—just like staying at a resort. The peaceful surroundings were one of the highlights. Right outside the patio was a large green space, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We also took a quick dip in the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Dean is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The actual condo was great. But! They need to have oscillating fans for downstairs and oscillating fans upstairs and in the bathrooms too! The heat in the place was awful! The living room and bedroom were awful. You have a problem with earwigs. Your doors are not 100% sealed, and your floors are not sealed. I was under the impression that the pool was included. I felt insulted that I had to pay for an extra charge to use the pool. When it shows a pool in the background and there is nothing there to say you can’t use the pool. For the price I paid, I would’ve thought that you would have better accommodations with the pool and access to the beach. Also, it says beach access. It wasn’t easy access. While we had to find the beach. And when we found the beach, it said residential parking only. No parking. Craig Leaf North Winds Beach was great. I used to swim at Sunset Point and see Wasaga Beach. One of the most well maintained Airbnb's I have ever stayed in! So many little details to make you feel at home, and every time we thought "wished we had packed that", Dean already had it available. The beds were so comfortable and despite being in a condo neighborhood it was quiet and peaceful. :)

We had a wonderful stay. Dean was friendly and responsive. The sofa bed could be more comfortable and a few extra quilts would be helpful for larger groups. Overall, a great experience.

Positive: We liked that we had 3 bathrooms, the unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also very accessible to both downtown and the hill. Negative: The couch and chairs in lounge area weren't very comfortable but sufficient for a short stay.

Great place to stay in blue mountain! We were here for 2 nights - we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds and pillows are - we usually have a hard time sleeping when we stay out, but we had the best sleep we have had in a while! The rooms had a fire stick for the TV which was great! Would definitely stay here again.

It included everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient for our visit to Blue Mountain. Negative: It seemed like previous guests had a dog or cat, as there was quite a lot of pet hair around the unit. We have fairly severe allergies, and the hair was noticeably not cleaned properly - our socks and clothes picked it up just from sitting on the couch. Additionally, some lamps weren’t working and the microwave was not functioning.

Booked a 2 night stay with Dean's Kickback condo for a mini birthday getaway and to visit the Scandinave Spa - Blue Mountain. It's a great location, close to the Blue Mountain Ski resorts and the spa itself, it was literally only a 7min drive there from the condo. The condo is exactly how the pictures depict it as, it was clean, orderly and had all the amenities we needed as a group of 4. The standing baths could've been a little cleaner and some hair was left on the fabric couches but it was acceptable as everything else was clean. The en suite was on the colder side compared to the rest of the condo despite adjusting temperatures but was bearable. The host was clear, friendly and responsive. Overall had a great and relaxing time here. Would come back 😊

Dean is very friendly and responsive. We had a very nice experience staying at Dean’s house for 3 nights. Just a little advice. The sofa bed was too soft to sleep in and the sheet on the sofa bed was not very clean. We ended up sleeping in the sofa only. Other than that everything is great and awesome. We had a wonderful four-day Christmas stay in this apartment. The room was comfortable, and the Christmas decorations made it feel warm and festive. The location was great for our trip to Blue Mountain, and everything was clean and well prepared. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay, everything about this place is extremely thought out making you really feel at home. We loved staying at Dean’s place. It had everything we needed and some things we rarely see at other air bnb listings like a small sewing kit and menstrual products for those just in case moments. The area is quiet and well kept and close by a super cute little garden/antique shop. Beaches are a short drive away if you prefer the water! We would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful clean and comfortable home. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. The only negative I can think of was the microwave wasn’t working.

Condo was clean and spacious. Easy arrival and departure with no issues. Host (Dean) was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Patio was especially nice to enjoy morning coffee or sit back and relax with a cold drink after a day in the sun. I will definitely be back!

Really nice place. Slightly smaller than anticipated, but really nice. The floors squeak a lot, to the point that one of the people staying with us (a construction worker) started speculating on if the floor was put in correctly. But that probably has nothing to do with the actual host (who was absolutely lovely).

A pair of us were in Collingwood area exploring the different trails. This location was excellent for that purpose and was an amazing unit for two people and it pet. Kitchen was very well supplied. Both bedrooms were large and three bathrooms were well layered out and appropriate.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was clean, quiet, well maintained, and met our needs with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living area and ample space outside for the kids to play in the snow. We also really appreciated that the host equipped the property with essentials like hand soap, dish soap, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The location was peaceful and private, and a short drive to restaurants, groceries and skiing. Overall we had a great stay and would return.
