Flashlights are provided. Fireplaces can provide heat even if power is out.

Main roads are regularly plowed. Property walkways and drive areas are cleared after snowfall as soon as practical.

Starter laundry supplies are typically included.

Most properties include an in-suite washer and dryer.

Starter supplies may be provided but are not guaranteed for extended stays.

Yes — kitchens include cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances.

Smart TVs are provided with streaming apps. Guests log in using their own accounts.

Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is included at no charge.

Units use standard residential hot water tanks. Long back-to-back showers may temporarily deplete supply. Recovery typically takes 30–60 minutes.

Units with fireplaces use simple gas controls. Instructions are provided in the guest guide. Fireplaces can operate during power outages.

Yes — pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture unless protected.

Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must not be exceeded due to insurance and local bylaws.

Yes — free on-site parking is included. Most units provide two designated parking spaces plus overflow visitor parking where available.

Our properties are located in the Collingwood / Blue Mountain region, close to skiing, golf, hiking, beaches, trails, spas, restaurants, and downtown shopping.

Blue Mountain Village is approximately a 10-minute drive from most StayFourPeaks properties.

 

Yes — Gustav’s restaurant is approximately a 2-minute walk from the properties, with many more dining options a short drive away.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.

Sometimes — depending on cleaning and turnover schedules. Please request in advance. Fees may apply.

All properties use secure self check-in with smart locks or keypads. Your access code and instructions are provided before arrival.

Yes — all StayFourPeaks properties support contactless self check-in.
