We recently stayed at Dean’s place in Collingwood, Ontario, and had a wonderful experience. It is a great place for families, with three bedrooms, three washrooms, a good kitchen, and a nicely renovated home. Dean was extremely cooperative and helpful. Whenever we had a question, he was always available, responsive, and happy to help. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Dean’s place to anyone planning to visit Collingwood. You can expect a clean, comfortable, family-friendly environment and a great host. Highly recommended.

Convenient location. Close to many activities. Beaches, pickleball, harbour, downtown and shopping. Neat and uncluttered. Needs some maintenance as there are a few holes in the walls. Beds are very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Excellent TV’s with good selection of channels. Good value.

Thank you for a great stay! We enjoyed our time. It was close to Blue Mountain and Collingwood, making it easy to get to a lot of fun activities. The home was comfortable and had all we needed, especially the ability to bring our dog along. There is pool access, but at an additional cost.

We had a great stay at Dean’s place. The location is perfect, close to Downtown, beaches and Blue Mountains. The house was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us and very clean. We also enjoyed the nice outside shaded area out back that has a large picnic table to sit, relax and eat out. We would definitely go back again.

Great location within minutes of Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Home needs a bit of TLC but clean and maintained. BBQ needs a good clean out and there was no washer/dryer as listed. Host was proactive replacing batteries in the door lock before we knew there was an issue, which was great! So it was nice to know there was a real person near by if needed! Very quiet area so it was relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the summer. Close to downtown Collingwood, nice shops and restaurants, always a bonus. We would visit again

Was a great stay with our family and 2 corgis! The air conditioning was having some issues but before we could even let the host know he was already on it and had someone out to fix it. It was in a great location, minutes away from the village, beach and downtown collingwood. We would definitely come back and book again with Dean!!

Great place feel liked home

Overall a great place to stay. Very reasonably priced and close enough to both town and the Blue Mountains. The place could use some TLC and a bit of a face-lift, but it more than served it's purpose. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay — the home was cozy, beautifully kept, and filled with little touches that made it feel special. Waking up here felt peaceful, and the location made exploring effortless. It was only 10 minutes from blue mountain village, we had a fun filled day. 6 minutes from beautiful beaches recommended by our host Dean. We had a fully equipped kitchen to cook and we would recommend this stay for sure thank you 😊

Clean and affordable

Dean’s place was great! We enjoyed a golfing trip throughout Collingwood while we were there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. It was quiet and everything was as advertised. We did not pay the additional fee for use of the pool, so can't comment on it. But everything else was perfect.

Dean was a great, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our group, close to both town and the village.

Affordable and best location

Nice place close to Scandinave spa, which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Overall well-maintained and clean in a quiet area. The only things we didn't like is the state/cleanliness of some kitchenware & BBQ burner. Other than that we had a great stay and would come back without hesitation. Dean is very quick to respond, so thank you!

this was the perfect cozy space for our quiet girls weekend!

We came up for the weekend of fishing and having this place was a great way to wind down after a long day and felt very comfortable.

This place was perfect for our short getaway, allowing us to relax and hangout while also being able to have easy access to local attractions to explore and enjoy.

Dean was available at the drop of a hat. The place was super cozy and quite comfortable. Lots of towels and blankets. Would definitely stay there again!

The space we great for what we needed it for, would book again

My family and I came to town for alpine ski racing provincials, and this location was perfectly situated, about half way between all of the ski hills we were visiting, and the town of Collingwood. It was a quiet street and my sons and I could throw the football around without any worry or hassle from traffic (it is not a through street). The backyard is onto a wooded area, so there was lots of privacy. The space inside is well spread out, so those who go to bed are not disturbed by any main floor noise. It worked great for us!

Dean was a fantastic communicator. Very courteous and professional.

I was part of a group that visited Blue Mountain for skiing. The Airbnb was at a great location and very close to the ski resort. it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Dean was quick to respond and was able to help us when we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near Blue Mountain or in Collingwood.

the place was nice we just couldnot find washer and drier when it was listed in the services and it would have been great if there were indoor slippers even just for bathrooms. some maintainence needed to be done for bathroom locks
