Well located. Safe. Secure. Clean. Well maintained. Responsive host.

Dean made the process very easy and was responsive. The place was perfect for accessing Blue Mountain and Collingwood. There is EV charging at the hotel using the FLO system. The rooms are great, kitchen has everything you need. We will consider this location again.

The place was nice and the location was convenient. However, there were stains on the bedroom floor. Communication with the host could have been more polite when an issue came up that we were not aware of. The hot water tank is very small and only lasts a short time, with about a 90-minute wait to reheat, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

We stayed for 6 nights over the Christmas holidays and NYE and had a fantastic time at Dean's place :) The place was very cozy, cute, and comfortable. I loved the Christmas / winter decorations and how well stocked the place was with cooking utensils, etc. Dean was excellent with communication and very proactive during a freezing rain storm to ensure our comfort and safety. I would definitely stay here again! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was great and made getting around easy. Very cozy and comfortable except for the sofa ! We had a great stay and will be back. The water was shut off for a short time on our first day and the hydro went out for several hours throughout the night but Dean was pretty responsive and these things do happen unfortunately. We found the little touches and conveniences nice and the holiday decor was very sweet and added to the holiday atmosphere around the area. Location is nice but a bit hidden, which we actually liked as there was no traffic. The only issue is the road was not plowed the entire time so it made it a little difficult getting in and out of the parking area, even with 4x4. The beds are super comfy, place is spotless and very well equipped for a long stay!

We had a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, close to the attractions we wanted to visit (scandanavian spa). Nicely decorated and very comfortable sleep situation. The jacuzzi tub was lovely!

We enjoyed our stay and all was very good - this was our second time staying at one of Dean's homes. The only improvement we would recommend for this unit is the addition of room darkening curtains. In August, as the sun rises, it shines directly into the two bedrooms, making them very bright in the early morning.

The furniture and beds were comfortable and attractive. The amenities in the bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated the plastic bags and parchment paper in the kitchen. A pair of scissors would be a good addition. The outdoor spaces were nice. There was a fancy coffeemaker as well as an ordinary one (thank goodness). One thing that would be helpful is if there were a notebook in the house that explained little details. The instructions for how to locate the house were technically accurate but if would have been helpful to know that the turn was through an entry into a named development. Street signage in Canada is hard to see sometimes and our gps led us far astray. Also, I did not use data in Canada so was not able to access the entry instructions that were only available in my Airbnb app. Fortunately, Dean was immediately responsive by text to my outreach and all was well. We had a lovely stay at Dean’s townhouse in Collingwood. Tucked inside what appears to be a resort complex, the entrance has a charming chalet-like vibe that’s hard to describe but immediately makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The unit itself is perfectly located — parking is directly adjacent to the front door, which made unloading super convenient. Dean provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process seamless. Inside, the space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated — giving off a warm, relaxing feel. While we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. It’s a great home base, with restaurants and amenities nearby. One added bonus for us: my husband always prioritizes EV charging when we travel, and there was a supercharger just minutes away — a huge plus! All in all, a great stay — we’d definitely come back again. Thanks, Dean!

We had a great time at Deans place. The kids didn’t want to leave. It was exactly what we needed… never seen the kids so exited to use the jacuzzi tub! Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, as I like to do a lot of home cooking. Bed, bedding, pillows were all hotel grade and clean. Thank you again for a great summer get away!

This is our second year returning to this location for the peaceful, serene and convenient location that is minutes away from the many local attractions. The unit itself has all of the comforts as well as some thoughtful amenities such as a variety of coffee/tea, spices, local guides and more. We had a technical question and the host responded and resolved within an hour. Another great experience!

Very cozy space. Well kept and cleaned. Great location, only 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to be. The balcony off the master was perfect for evening relaxation and morning book-reading. Dean was a great host with lots of information and clear instructions for check in and check out. Awesome neighbourhood with lots of dog walkers and friendly neighbours.

Amazing little chalet. Great proximity to so many gems located in the Blue Mountains. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Fireplace was cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked...the local coffe was amazing . The extra amenities made us feel right at home. The personalized suggestions for the live bands and comedy shows were greatly appreciated! Was a great unit for ourselves and friends to enjoy! Beautiful mountain views and après-ski vibes. Loved our stay!! We just came up for the weekend to ski, and it was very close to Blue. There is a spot to pull up and drop all your things off, and the parking is very close as well. Bedrooms were nice, living area and kitchen were clean, overall a great experience!

This condo is in a great location for skiing at Blue Mountain. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The condo is spacious, has 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a comfortable living room.

Dean's place was very beautiful and relaxing. It definitely has a spa vacation feel to it. The host is very responsive and gets back right away. The only issue was the snow plough operators. It only snow about an inch and a half and the very loud plow came by at 2 am 4 am 5 am 630 am and 7 am. Twice each time. And on another day when we had about 4 inches of snow spent an hour at 6 am cleaning a little tiny patch constantly going back and forth. So that really messed up my sleep. The host did not have control over the plow operators. I guess because it hadn't snowed much the person had to make sure they were driving the plow for the whole shift.

Great experience staying at Dean‘s place over New Year’s at Collingwood/blue Mountain. Great location just behind the Georgian BayHotel. Dean was very flexible and would definitely book with him again.

The small townhouse is clean and comfortable. My family had a great time for 4 nights of the Christmas holiday and spent 2 days in the Blue Mountains for ski activities. The landlord always gives feedback quickly. My family found two excellent restaurants providing Asia food in Collingwood town, and we went to the lakeside of Huron to enjoy the snow view. This is a journey that is well worth it.

Great space, clean, beds were comfortable. 3 bathrooms, 2 with great showers. Kitchen hen space had everything we needed. Gas bbq made for a great steak dinner. We recommend this space for a weekend getaway!

A great space for a mini getaway with my partner. The beds were comfortable and loved the firmness options with the pillows. The extra amenities were such a lovely touch! Note the hot tub listed is an indoor jet tub (which was amazing!)

Positive: Great cottage +hotel experience. Everything is clean, comfortable beds, washorooms with all amenities, toothbrushes, and even female products. The kitchen had 3 types of coffee machines and everything we needed to cook. Both bedrooms are bright and relaxing with lots of pillows :)

Beautifully decorated home. Clean and bright. Nicely supplied. Would definitely stay there again. Just take note from the listing… there is no “private hot tub open all year available 24 hours” It is a jetted soaker tub in a master bath. Our party of three all were mislead by the wording and thought it was an outdoor hot tub. We all brought bathing suits thinking perfect, we can jump in the hot tub in the evening. Lol That being said.. we still very much enjoyed our stay. And would recommend this home. Dean was excellent to communicate with. Quick to reply to any questions

The place is very good however we made more than six people and there was not enough bedding. If we were to spend more days this could be a problem. I recommend it, it's a great space.

We loved our stay at Dean’s Airbnb. It was spacious, comfortable and clean; and Dean is a great host and very responsive. My husband, my sister-in-law and I enjoyed staying in this VRBO. We were happy with the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. It was also nice to have the bathroom downstairs with sink, toilet washer and dryer. Our host answered our texts right away and we appreciated that.

Clean, cozy and quiet- we enjoyed our stay here and found it to be comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed and although our stay was only one night, it would be appropriate for a longer stay too.

My family and I had a great stay at Dean's place. The space was exactly as pictured and so beautiful. The linens and amenities were all excellent. My goal is to recreate the primary room bed with bedding and all because it was SO comfortable. My kids loved having baths in the huge bathtub and we appreciated the tv's in each bedroom. Can't say enough good things about Dean's place. We highly recommend and would stay here again.
