Good location and Dean was very responsive but money for value wasn't there for me. Positive: N/A Negative: I would have liked an information booklet explaining some things like where the fireplace switch was, how to operate the TV etc. The bedrooms were cool upstairs, so I reached out to the host who provided ONE heater. Light bulbs were out, clock batteries were dead and the jets seemed to be stuck on the "hot tub" which is a bathtub.

Positive: The Greenview retreat townhouse was very clean, nice and modern. The host was easy to talk back and forth with. He answered all my questions and was accommodating to my needs during our stay. Check in was easy. Great location.

It was perfectly peaceful! Positive: It was so cozy, yet roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The beds were amazing. I’m sometimes hesitant to book properties because they’re not always clean, but this was immaculate. Negative: Location was optimal! They had fans! I can't sleep without a fan. Great lounging areas

This is our second time staying here - and we would definitely book again. We find the location great for visiting the local cross country ski trail and still having convenient access to the shops & restaurants in Collingwood. Clean, comfy & convenient! Loved a locker right outside the door to store our gear & the EV car chargers just a short walk away at the hotel.

I had a great time at the lovely Airbnb listed by Dean. It was the perfect getaway for my birthday with some friends for my blue mountain skiing trip. The space was spotless, and was festively decorated for the holidays which made us all feel right at home. Dean was responsive and helpful answering any questions we had. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book another getaway at his place in the future!

Un petit cocon dans le froid canadien. Super! Positive: Hébergement moderne et très confortable, propre et très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Décoré avec goût et avec une petite touche d’esprit de Noël pour l’occasion. Nous avons passé un séjour chaleureux et confortable non loin du village de Blue Mountains. Negative: Salles de bains peu chauffées en regard du reste des pièces. Batterie de cuisine réduite alors que l’équipement de la cuisine permet vraiment de faire « comme chez soi »

We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s place! The two-level apartment was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, coffee, and tea. We also really appreciated having access to the backyard and a fully working BBQ, which we used and enjoyed very much. Our kids absolutely loved the hammock and the board games, and we really enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the beautiful, peaceful surroundings — it was very quiet and relaxing. Bathrooms were spotless with fresh towels, clean bedding, and all the essentials provided. The location is great: just a short drive to restaurants and very close to Blue Mountain and the ski lifts. Overall, everything was new, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully furnished, and the host stocked the place with all the little extras you might need during your stay. Our unit had a hammock, and we spent hours relaxing and watching TV on it. There were also two patio areas, which made it even better. Check-in was super easy, parking was convenient, and the host was so friendly and informative. It’s also very close to Blue Mountain Village and the Scandinave Spa. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This place was a great spot for our group. Close to Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Lots of space inside and outside.

This is a lovely spot! We had 4 comfortable nights here and appreciated the ease of entry when we arrived. The property is clean, well-organized, nicely equipped, private, and quiet. There were nice walks for our two dogs close at hand. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, and Dean has provided many thoughtful toiletry items in the event that you forgot something. We highly recommend this property and hope to return one day in the future.

Stayed here for the weekend, beautiful spot in a nice and quiet area. Close to collingwood and blue mountain village which was very convenient. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend! Would highly recommend!

Excelent host great place for relaxation close to many attractions.

overall it was a great stay with great communication and cleanliness. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and clean as well. Would recommend this location to others looking to explore Collingwood.

It is good place for one night stay. It says 5 guests but had 2 queen size beds which can accomodate 4 people only and hot water is not continuous.

Dean was very responsive however we were disappointed with they stay as the hot tub listed under 'parking and facilities' does not exist and is actually the same bathtub that is advertised under 'bathroom'. It was also shocking to wake up in the morning and see one of the guests sleeping on the floor as the pull out couch which was advertised did not exist, meaning there were only 2 beds for 5 guests.

Comfortable place near blue mountain ski hill. Clear instructions and easy check in / check out. Dean was very responsive. The place was comfortable but could use a couple touch ups here and there but nothing that negatively impacted our stay! We would stay again!

Dean’s place is nestled in a private community and peaceful surroundings in close proximity to blue mountain village (about 11 min drive) and very close to shops and groceries in collingwood. The place has two bedrooms upstairs and two separate full bathrooms is a HUGE win but the bed sizes themselves are small so although it says suitable for 6 people I’d say it’s likely comfortable for 4 average sized adults with maybe a couple of kids. We didn’t get the option to check in early and were asked to check back on the day of and kept getting auto generated messages which was a bit annoying as it would’ve been nice to receive an actual answer. I also got a “thank you for your stay” and link to review the place BEFORE I had even checked in! So obviously this autogenerated messaging system isn’t working … communication could’ve been a lot better. I don’t care if someone responds late but it’s nice to get answers from a human vs an AI.

First of all the pictures honestly don't do this place justice , it was absolutely perfect for my group of friends (6 of us) very close to Blue Mountain, INCREDIBLY clean and cozy ! we were all blown away when we walked in ! if you are in the area and need a place to stay book it ! you won't be disappointed !!

We had a great stay with our kids and such a bonus that our dog was welcome. Dean was very accommodating with an early check in. Great place to stay and affordable!

Spacious and very comfortable. Tv gave us access to Netflix which was a nice addition. Big kitchen, clean and large washrooms, and very close to blue mountain! Would stay here again!
