We’ve stayed at this place for two full weeks and it was one of the best stay we had in a long time. Although this specific unit hasn’t been updated like the many others in the area, the amenities available and the host’s attentions and communication made our stay worry free. Over the entire time, we had absolutely no issue with the place. It was cozy, comfy and we felt right at home. Everything you may need during a stay was provided, from soap in the bathroom to all kitchen utensils to boardgames. The instructions provided before, during and after our stay were clear and complete, which made it super easy to enjoy. The host was proactive and responded super fast when we requested to extend our stay. If you are looking for a place where you can just enjoy spending time without a fluff and bling cover, then this is it.

It was a great 2 nights. Very clean and organized. Only 5 minutes drive to the village.

Great place to stay while skiing in Blue Mountain!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the resort, and town it’s close to both as well as the spa. Place was clean, easy to check in to and lots of parking.

Dean’s place was a perfect getaway, quiet, clean, cozy. We loved the jacuzzi bathtub, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything we could have needed was available, and Dean was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great place! Positive: It was great, loved the free coffee and tea. Very clean too. Negative: The carpet is pretty old, it needs to go. The fridge is making noise like it’s going on the fritz.

Dean was a fantastic host. Responsiveness and communication were fantastic. We were staying local to golf for a couple of days. We checked in late and left early but would likes to of stayed for longer.

Easy and convenient

Had a very nice time. Listing was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for getting around the Collingwood and Blue Mountain area.

Très bon séjour Positive: Résidence propre au calme. Bien situé pour dîner le soir. On peut se balader avec son chien. Les lits étaient confortables et appréciable d avoir 3 salles de bain. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. Negative: Lit dans la plus petite chambre bruyant mais je pense que ceux sont les ressorts du lit. Attention la cheminée reste un peu allumée et la vitre est chaude même en été. Apparemment cela est normal nous a dit notre hôte. Mettez la climatisation pour compenser. C est un peu bizarre non ?

We stayed here for a short family getaway in Collingwood and appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made it easy to bring our pet along. The two-bedroom, two-floor property is fully carpeted, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the upstairs balcony.The kitchen was functional but missing a few basics like scissors. A used coffee filter was left in the machine, and the coffee maker didn’t make great coffee, so bringing your own might help. The family room furniture is dated and uncomfortable, one chair was damp on arrival. The washing machine is very compact and awkward to use.We were surprised to receive several cleaning tasks at check-out despite paying a cleaning fee. The location is within a quiet compound with little to walk to, but it’s less than 10 minutes from the mountain, which was convenient.Overall, a good place for a pet-friendly trip if you don’t mind a few inconveniences and bringing some comforts from home.

Excellent option for a family weekend trip to Collingwood! Positive: Amenities and location were perfect for our needs and very good value for money. Negative: Our room was HOT at night even with the thermostat set to 22 and the fan running. This can be forgiven with it being a crazy hot day though and me not simply just trying to turn down the thermostat to compensate for the warmth upstairs.

Down stairs was as good as expected. Upstairs had luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms.

This BnB was absolutely perfect! So cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated – it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. Everything was comfortable and peaceful, making it the ideal spot to relax and recharge. If you’re into the outdoors, there are beautiful trails and nature spots nearby – great for a morning walk or just getting some fresh air. You can tell a lot of care went into creating this space. I was genuinely sad to leave and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Just before arrival, he let us know about an issue with our unit and quickly offered a great alternative—making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He stayed in touch throughout our visit and truly went above and beyond. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and packed with thoughtful touches—from cozy furniture and comfy beds to books, magazines, and local restaurant menus. We especially loved the well-kept outdoor patio—perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was an incredible stay and great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and we’re so grateful to Dean for making it such a memorable experience!

Nice place!

Deans condo is very well laid out, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Perfect for 2 - 3 couples or a family, easy drive to Blue Mountain ski resort.

We had a great experience at Dean's place. The unit was cute and comfy, it had good quality amenities. It felt like a cozy hotel. It was 10 minutes from blue mountain village so it was conventiently close when we were ready to hit the hills and explore the village.

This place was amazing to stay! Everything was clean, very big and spacious! Dean was also kind enough to give me recommendations to a few amazing restaurants, The Curly Willow was absolutely amazing place to go to! Thank you so much for having us!!

I asked Dean multiple times if there was an actual private hot tub. At first he avoided the question, so I asked again… and specifically asked if my friends and I would need bathing suits for said hot tub… he assured me that there was in fact a hot tub when in reality it was just a regular tub in the master room with jets. He clearly knew what I was talking about and tried selling it to me as if he did have an actual hot tub… not a bath. When I got there and asked where this so called “private hot tub” was, he claimed he made it clear it wasn’t an actual hot tub and gave me a weird definition/explaination and tried putting it on me… I clearly wasn’t asking if my friends and I had to wear a bathing suit in a bath… overall, place was good, location was good for us with the ski hills within 10 minutes… but don’t try to sell me on something you don’t have and should remove “private hot tub” out of the amenities.

Place was okay. Not super nice but not bad. Kitchen was pretty bare though, and the cupboards were dirty. Biggest issue was being nickle and dimed: Want to check in an hour early even when no-one is there? $25 extra. Want to have more than 4 guests? Costs extra.

The place is nice and clean, more than enough for the family of 4 if you have, with 2.5 bathrooms. We are happy and will be back if have a chance in the area.

Very responsive and proactive with easy-to-follow instructions. Good location in Collingwood. Place is just as listed. Flexible to early check-in though at a cost of $15, which isn't great on principle. But otherwise very satisfied and would recommend.

Very clean and extras easily accessible

We had a wonderful stay at Dean's place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Blue mountain resort. Communication with Dean was smooth and prompt, making the check-in and check-out process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Accueil et disponibilité des hôtes était impeccables ! Positive: La grandeur, le calme, le balcon à l’étage et le jardin privé. La grandeur du lit et les salles de bain. L’accès aux commodités. Negative: J’ai dû nettoyer le chaudron et les verres avant usage puisqu’ils étaient souillés. Ils ont sûrement été rangé sans être lavé. Le tiroir à ustensile contenait des miettes de nourriture. La chaleur dans la chambre la nuit. Je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner l’air climatisé pendant la nuit. J’ai aussi réparé la porte moustiquaire de l’entrée puisqu’elle était brisée.

Overall totally worth it! And would do it again. Positive: Easier to meal plan, my children has an allergy and when stating in a hotel is harder to feed them. Negative: I don't think there was a thing I found I didn't like, but if I had to choose maybe the couch wasn't that comfy but we were in the house for long periods. Mostly just to eat and sleep.

Dean's place was a great find. The location is close to Blue Mountains as well as Collingwood making it convenient to move around.

Great location, nice clean home. Close to ski hills. Two bedrooms had very comfortable beds, the pull out sofa was not comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we didn’t need the third bed.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Flexible check in and parking. We are here for skiing in blue mountains resort, 10min drive to the village, and not far from Collingwood town. You can fix ski or boots, shop groceries or go to restaurants, etc. it’s convenient.
