Great stay in this clean, pet friendly location. It was quiet and spacious with places to walk and only 10 minutes to Collingwood. Thanks Dean!

Positive: Very spacious, cozy and quite clean. We all loved it. Negative: Daughter and granddaughter mentioned bed in master was a bit firm. Would have liked to make a k-cup coffee but there was no machine for it. There were 2 machines for pots (but that would have been too much). Close to coffee shop though.

Great space that’s close to both the mountain and downtown Collingwood. Dean is super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Dean's place was very well maintained and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and well organized. A wonderful place to stay Positive: No breakfast -we brought our own . The beds were amazing . The kitchen was very well supplied . Everything was spacious , as was the bathtub ! Negative: No regular TV channels but for one night that was not a problem .

Cute and cozy pet friendly getaway from the city

We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed the space. The place was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the effort put into making guests feel welcome. That said, there are a couple of things to note for future guests. The listing mentioned board games, but there were only two available, and both were more suitable for young kids — which might be a little misleading if you’re expecting games for all ages. Also, of the two BBQs on-site, one was old and had a strong odor, while the other was newer but unfortunately incomplete, so we weren’t really able to use them as intended. These details aside, the experience was still enjoyable, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.

Second time this year staying at Dean’s place, we always love it! It’s very cozy and cute and the master bedroom/bathroom is great! Dean is a great host and is very attentive when it comes to replying to his guest. Thank you again, Dean!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and communication seamless from start to finish. The location was perfect, with easy access to [local attractions/restaurants/nature/etc.], yet still quiet and relaxing. . I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really luck the house,the only thing there wasn’t enough dishes.And maybe having a hair dryer in the house.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The home was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. You can really tell the host puts effort into keeping the space clean and welcoming. The only small suggestion we have is regarding the check-in and check-out times. Check-in was quite late at 4 PM, and check-out was a bit early at 11 AM. Most places we’ve stayed at usually offer check-in around 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM, which gives a little more flexibility. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

It was a lovely place to stay! Very clean, exceptional bedding and towels! Living room furniture could use a bit of an update. It fit all of our needs and we had a great time visiting Collingwood with a cozy place to stay, thank you!

Our group of four had a fantastic weekend at this Airbnb! It was immaculately clean with modern bathrooms, especially the master, stocked with quality toiletries. The deck off the master was a lovely bonus. Kitchen was nice & well-equipped. Location was excellent: near Blue Mountain Village, supermarkets, liquor stores, & coffee shops. Only downside was an extensive amount of checkout tasks. Still, highly recommend for short/long stays!

This is a great spot between Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Everything was as described and communication with owner was easy. There is obviously a ton to do in the area so as I said the location is perfect. Would definately stay again and highly recommend.

Great place for couples getaway. Place was spotless, beds were comfy, nice linens. The kitchen could use a few things like a cutting board and some baking sheets. There is a charge for early check in and late checkout . We were disappointed to find out that the place didnt have a hot tub. The listing states privated hot tub available 24/7 open year round. When i inquired about it, Dean informed me that the hot tub was located in the master bedroom . The tub in the master bedroom was a jetted jacuzzi tub. Not what we expected.

Nice place with several amenities. hot tub is a big plus. close to Blue mountain village and close to downtown Collingwood.

A pair of us were in Collingwood area exploring the different trails. This location was excellent for that purpose and was an amazing unit for two people and it pet. Kitchen was very well supplied. Both bedrooms were large and three bathrooms were well layered out and appropriate.

Deans place was exactly as described. It was very clean upon arrival and the bedrooms were big and bright. In terms of communication Dean was very responsive however after checking out I received a request to send additional money for “late check out and an additional pet”. I explained to Dean that I only brought one dog (which I had indicated in the booking). He thankfully agreed to not charge the additional pet fee but I would have appreciated him asking me about the dog before sending an impromptu request for money without confirming (apparently another tenant told him I had two dogs staying there, when in fact my son came to visit for a couple of hours one day and brought his dog). I was also asked to send $10 for checking out 25 minutes late (I had emailed the day prior and indicated I may be a little late getting out due to a work call I was finishing up at 11). Overall, I really enjoyed the area. Lots of nice walking trails a short drive away.

Very spacious, we were four people with a dog and it felt like a very big space. The hot tub in the main bedroom is a great addition to a cold winter night.

My fiancé and I and our friends had a great stay at Dean’s place! It was very clean, homey and Dean responded to all messages very quickly! The house is minutes away from Blue Mountain Village, which made the drive in and out each day very easy! It was a lovey place to stay and we hope to stay again this summer! Thanks Dean! :)

Excellent location based on what my family was looking for... close to the Bruce Trail for hiking and snowshoeing. Close to small villages such as Thornbury. The accommodations were adequate for my family with two large, comfortable bedrooms and three spacious bathrooms. The accommodations are well-maintained and clean.

It was a great and convenient place to stay for two nights, and it is only a 10 minutes drive to Blue Mountains. I will book this place again if I am planning to go to that area in the future.

My family and I recently stayed at Dean's Airbnb. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet community with a short drive to the Village and downtown Collingwood. We greatly appreciated the dog-friendly accommodations. Dean was very accommodating with our request for a later check-out, which was extremely helpful and very much appreciated.

Me and friends really enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find, access to the unit is quick, house was clean, clutter free and spotless. The bed was super comfortable, we had the best sleep after a long day of adventure! This place is highly recommended.

I had initially booked a different unit from Dean but upon check-in the place was heavily scented with air fresheners. I am very sensitive to these smells so I messaged dean and he immediately responded offering a different unit. The new unit was beautiful and I enjoyed the rest of my stay. I would absolutely book the other unit again.

This place was honestly better than I expected. The pictures don’t actually do it justice. We were grateful for the comfort and the home like feeling of the space. My family and I enjoyed this space so much. Really close to the Blue Mountain Resort and Ski Grounds. Also very close by the Collingwood town for amenities and shopping :p the space was very comfy and homey again one of the best stays we’ve had as a family. We were also greeted by a very hospitable host and everything to our liking. Dean was so kind and responsive to our every call. Will definitely be returning here for our next visit in town.
